- Debris handled your way. We blend it into your landscaping, or bag it and set it at your curb for $30 a bag.
- Full inspection. Shingles, vent boots, chimneys, seams, pitch and hangers, plus any critter or tree damage.
- Photos of what we find. You see exactly what we saw, with an estimate for any repair.
- No need to be home. Your invoice and photos come by text.

How much does gutter cleaning cost?
Gutter cleaning is priced by home size, from $125 for homes up to 1,500 sq ft to $350 for homes up to 6,000 sq ft. How often your gutters are maintained, roof height and gutter covers can change the final price. See the full price list.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most customers aren't home during service. Unlock any gates, and we'll text your invoice and photos when we finish.
When will you arrive?
We set routes the evening before service so last-minute changes don't throw off the day. You'll get a text with your arrival window that evening.
What happens to the debris?
We blend debris into your landscaping at no charge. If you'd rather have it hauled off your beds and lawn, we bag it and set the bags at your curb for trash pickup for $30 a bag. We can't know how many bags a job will take until we're up there.
Do you clean gutters that have guards or covers?
Yes. Gutter covers cut down how often you need a cleaning and keep big debris out, but they don't end maintenance. Leaves and needles sit on top, fine grit works through, and storms push debris in. A periodic cleaning keeps covered gutters flowing.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Gutter Goat is fully licensed and insured, including workers' compensation. If an uninsured worker is hurt on your roof, you can be held liable, so ask any contractor for proof. Our paperwork is available once your appointment is confirmed.
